In order to initiate the partial refund process, the customer is required to contact us through our support portal. This step helps us ensure that the request is properly documented and attended to in a timely manner. Within the support portal, customers are encouraged to provide detailed documentation outlining the specific issue(s) they have encountered with the membership or any associated products.

Please note that after the 7-day period has elapsed or if any product has been downloaded, installed, or used, the option for a partial refund will no longer be available. However, we will still be available to assist with any technical or product-related inquiries to the best of our abilities.

Customers are eligible to request a full refund for individual product purchases within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase, under the following circumstances:

In the event of a corrupt product file or if the customer faces challenges while attempting to download or utilize the product, a full refund can be requested.

Upon receipt and verification of the refund request and supporting documentation, we will proceed to promptly process the refund, issuing the amount back to the original payment method utilized during the purchase.

Please note that any refund requests made beyond the specified 7-day period will not be processed. Additionally, refunds will only be granted for the particular product purchase that adheres to the outlined eligibility criteria.


Please note that the following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Digital products or memberships that have been partially or fully downloaded, installed, or used.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Kindly note that disputing a charge or filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue is not acceptable. Such actions may result in additional fees, and we reserve the right to reject future orders or membership applications from customers who engage in this behaviour.
